I have lived here 4 yrs I have had a broken window since 2019 water leak in kitchen and grass never gets cut by my.building it's been over a month and the back side of the building grass is knee high and flower beds are over grown. They will not work with you on rent if you know your gonna be late or except a payment plan so your not evicted. My apartment has been flooded 3 times by the upstairs neighbor and maintenance never showed up so I had to clean everything myself. The office staff are so rude and don't care about anything except getting there money. People who have had a hardship since covid they evict them right away. The office in Florence are the same way rude and could careless these apartments are run down and need updated air conditions and appliances. I have pictures of everything wrong around this place down to apartments with busted doors and windows that have been that way since last year. This place is a joke and needs to be torn down and replaced with suitable.living by a company who cares about there tenants and not just about money. Drugs are sold in the parking lot lights don't work in parking lot nothing I mean nothing get fixed around here. I will be posting pictures on Facebook and there website and also contacting the news center to show just how this place looks and how they don't care about there tenants. They put a note on our door for checking for leaks in August they never showed up as my wife is home all day but when I paid rent 2 days later they put a eviction notice on my door. I advise people not to rent from them they don't care about you or how there apartments are kept. Since the grass hasn't been cut in over a month we have had 5 snakes on our porch and in the breezeway it is awful over here.
